2025 Boriken Festival of Eastern Connecticut

• Vendor application and payment must be received by May 31, 2025.
• ALL vendors are responsible to provide a copy of their certificate of liability insurance and be in compliance with any requirements of the State of Connecticut. Please add the following names as additional insured on your insurance: Sodexo Live, KOD Concessions Inc, The City of New London and Boriken United of Eastern CT, Inc. 
• COMPLETED APPLICATION, PAYMENT and INSURANCE are all to be submitted  in order to receive an assigned confirmation number that will be required upon entering the day of event.
• Set up begins 7:00 am-9:00 am, Saturday, June 14, 2025
• Vendors must supply their own tables, tents with base weights, chairs, etc
• This event is RAIN or SHINE - vendors must provide their own shade/ cover.
• All Vendors are responsible for their own set up & clean up of stations.
• ALL vendors must exhibit professionalism! 

We are accepting applications for the following vendors:

• Craft Vendor  1- 10 x 10 (small independent business, informational and non-profits) $100 
• Variety Crafts & Merchandise Vendor 1- 10 x 20 (Push-cart vendors, novelties, Merchandise) $200

A complete Application includes:

• Submission of this form 
• Insurance Certificate including Sodexo Live, KOD Concessions Inc, The City of New London and Boriken United of Eastern CT, Inc. 
• Payment of application fee

All the above is required to obtain a confirmation number, which is necessary to participate as a vendor in Boriken Festival 2025. If you don't have any insurance we recommend getting a single-day policy.
